The system should earn its complexity.
Every model, workflow, dashboard, or integration should solve a real operating problem. Extra technology is not automatically better technology.
A working version beats a perfect concept.
Norocco projects are built iteratively: get the core loop working, test it, learn what breaks, then improve the system with real evidence.
Current Proof
Clipper OS is the first system being built under Norocco.
It is being used as the first full test of the Norocco approach: AI analysis, automation, media processing, human approval, and eventually publishing, analytics, and business operations.
