By accessing or using Norocco websites, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

5. User Content and Permissions

You are responsible for content, files, media, instructions, or other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Norocco to process those materials for the requested purpose.

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your submitted materials. You grant Norocco the limited rights necessary to process, store, transform, analyze, and transmit those materials in order to provide the requested service.

6. AI-Generated and Automated Outputs

Norocco products may generate or prepare outputs using artificial intelligence or automated systems. These outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results and should be reviewed before being relied upon for consequential decisions.

Human approval may be required before certain actions are taken, including publishing, spending, account changes, or other sensitive operations.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Some Norocco services may integrate with third-party platforms, hosting providers, social platforms, analytics tools, or other services. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, policies, and technical restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

Norocco branding, website design, software, workflows, documentation, and other materials created by Norocco are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where rights belong to third parties or materials are expressly provided under another license.

10. No Warranty

Norocco services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Norocco does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, revenue, audience growth, platform acceptance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norocco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, platform actions, or service interruptions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your submitted materials, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Termination

Norocco may suspend or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties, legal rights, or platform compliance, or when these terms are materially violated.

14. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by applicable law as determined by the legal entity and jurisdiction under which Norocco operates. A more specific governing-law provision may be added when Norocco's formal business structure is finalized.

15. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as Norocco products, services, or legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the services after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
